Dear Vijayakumar, welcome at this platform. It's interesting to read your profile. I am mostly engaged with finding new partners to adopt and fund the AIDS/ Community Life Competence Process. I have worked a lot on getting this approach into Global Fund proposals in about 6 countries.
It would be interesting to share some experiences on this some time? Can we have a conversation on skype next week? Also have a look at a draft logical framework that we tried to make for our approach. As it's not the traditional service provision type of work, the logframe is not straightforward.
