Welcome to Guyana competence group! I liked what you spoke about Caribbean competence. This is the trend I see in 2011. From country teams we are moving towards regional teams. We already have Asia Pacific Competence where country teams are drawing a lot of inspiration and support from each other through skype meetings and now we even have a group here.
Through this platform and coaches travelling to different countries we learn about what other country teams are doing and there is a growing interest to learn from each other. India competence will very much like to learn from Guyana Competence.
There are several groups here which might interest you like Guyana competence. Its quick and easy to join. Sign in as a member and go to this link and click on top right corner +join http://aidscompetence.ning.com/group/guyanacompetence
