How did you know about Constellation community?
I learned about it from the SALT-CLCP training I'm currently attending
Organisation
Coalition of Services of the Elderly, Inc. (COSE)
About Me:
I’m a development worker and naturally a bit socially introverted, but I find joy in simple things and moments. I enjoy connecting with others and engaging in meaningful conversations once I get to know them—especially about life lessons and aspirations. I also love taking photos (aspiring photographer here), particularly capturing sunrises and sunsets, travel moments, and the beauty of bodies of water like rivers, lakes, and the sea.
My dream:
When I become an older person, I dream of living in a community that’s safe, welcoming, and inclusive for everyone. Though I currently live in the city, I imagine spending my senior years in the province, in a small but cozy house surrounded by trees and open fields, with fresh air, and sipping my coffee while watching the sunrise and sunset. I also see myself tending to a small backyard vegetable garden and caring for my free-range chickens.

In between, I hope to enjoy meaningful conversations with fellow older persons, contribute to empowering our village, and share my experiences, life lessons, and skills with younger generations. And of course, I want to have easy access to programs and services designed for our sector, ensuring a fulfilling and engaged life in my later years.
I'm proud of:
I am proud of my work - of supporting and working with older persons. I am also proud of myself—for the positive changes I’ve experienced along the way: developing more patience through my work, becoming more appreciative of others, and growing more sensitive to the needs and feelings of those around me.
