How did you know about Constellation community?
About Me:
hi there my name is Makini i am 27 years of age i left my parents home at the age of 18 in which i married and moved out of the country. in my journey i happen to run into many tribulations in which my faith had to be tested in order to become the example that i and today.I have been given the opportunity to empower and uplift woman in similar circumstances involving different variations of abuse. I work closely with greater glory ministry and prison ministries in New York city. I am one of the youngest representatives for prison re-entry for way to Yahweh recent projects include mass incarceration awareness where local talent all over New York city Tri-state have supported the movement by performing and verbalizing the pain a struggle of being black in america.The show solely focuses on sharing conscious music to there fellow peers.I strongly advocate the youth to influence the youth to ultimately make a change in their communities. i also work closely with exonerated individuals that have been wrongfully convicted and given life sentences for crimes the have not committed my goal is to be the spark for young individuals like myself to help rebuild the community which will rebuild a nation.
My dream:
my dream is to inspire like minds to change their environments with a single thought,to change a million other like minds to change a nation.
I'm proud of:
My involvement with the community that i live in .
openly speaking on domestic violence.
campaigning with local politicians to make a difference in my community.
My involvement with prison ministry and re-entry programs.
working hand in head with community workers for health mental and HIV awareness.

Connect with members: We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate with friends in all parts of the world. Under the Tab with ‘Members’ you can find people to connect with and members who share similar interest.

Post your experience: You can share your experiences with local responses and the competence process through putting up a blog. To post a blog, first sign in, then go to top of the page and click on the blue button ‘Our Stories’ and click on ‘+ Add ’. You can also comment on blogs posted by other members.

Requests: This the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum. To participate in an ongoing discussion, sign in, go to the top of the page, click on the blue button ‘Requests’ and then click on topic of the discussion you are interested in. In the Request you have an option to start a discussion on a topic of your interest.
