- About Me:
- Born in 45 years ago, I am married to Bettie and have three lovely children - two sons and one daughter. I posses a Bachelor of Education in Science and now studying for Masters in Leadership and Change Management. I am the Executive Director of Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO) a local organisation that works with youth, children and women on various issues including HIV and AIDS. I establistablishe youth Net and counselling in 1997 that have developmed to a strong local NGO in Malawi. I have also establsihed a number of organisations including Community Initiative Against Drug and Alsochol Abuse, Centre for Adolescent Mothrs and have also establsihed a Centre for Youth Research and Advocacy, and Centre for Youth Leadership in Malawi.
- My dream:
- (a) A qualified and successful leader/person that have made positive changes and contributed to personal and professional development of various people with outstanding performance in private and public life in Malawi and internationally;
(b) Good husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend that have adequately provided for my family, friends and relatives socially, emotionally, economically, and materially with deeply sustained close ties with friends, relatives and children at all levels
(c) Successful business person with adequate investments that provides steady income to sustain our old age survival and sustainability without hustle

These experiences and stories do not require a discussion or exchange, but comments are welcome! Some stories in the blog link directly to our knowledge asset (see tab knowledge asset).I am sure your experience will be useful to others!
Learning Together: Our Forum is the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum.
