The Centre for Synchronous Leadership was established to support leaders in promoting an ethical approach to business. The Centre is based in central London and offers a range of services including coaching, workshops, consulting, as well as providing opportunities for leaders to connect to a network of individuals with similar aspirations. Additionally, the Centre also conducts academic research on ethics and leadership to further the field.
Justine Lutterodt, founder, developed the concept of Synchronous Leadership from a powerful combination of theory and practice. It incorporates a positive view of ethics, with an emphasis on being ‘in sync’ with one’s own needs as well as the needs of co‐workers and various other stakeholders. Accordingly, it encourages an authentic style of leadership, harmonious team functioning, and a greater sense of purpose in relation to society.
My dream:
To activate leaders in reaching their potential for positive impact.
I'm proud of:
My commitment to clients, the skills I've developed to help them, and the passion I bring to what I do.
