Warm greetings from Cape Town, and welcome to the Life Competence site. I've heard great things about you and your work from Onesmus, and am facilitating a similar process with the Cordaid partners based in Cape Town. It's very encouraging to see more South African interest and experience represented in this platform.
Please feel free to join the Cordaid Partners group at http://aidscompetence.ning.com/group/cordaidpartnerssouthafrica. It will give you a chance to link with and learn from other Cordaid partners who are also sharing their experiences, their challenges and - most significantly - their strengths. Perhaps St. Josephs has some strengths that could address the challenges faced by other partners.

Sharing Experiences: In the blogs we are sharing our experiences with local responses and the competence process. These experiences and stories do not require a discussion or exchange, but comments are welcome! Some stories in the blog link directly to our knowledge asset (see tab knowledge asset).I am sure your experience will be useful to others!
Learning Together: Our Forum is the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum.
