Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who at all times can be relied upon to work individually or as a team. I have a nine-year experience in multi-sectoral community development work and programming gained in high pressure and strenuous situations, which has led to an outstanding level of self discipline and adaptability; a very good communication and organizational skills; mature, humble and approachable.
My dream:
Transformed rural communities that are socially and economically empowered (formally educated, healthy and can demand for quality service deliverires)
I'm proud of:
I'm proud of the unbreakable spirit (resilience) of the rural folks, their socio-economic hardships notwithstanding; I'm proud of the existence of leaders (myself inclusive) who genuinely espouse integrity, transparency & accountability; I'm proud of the existence of selfless leaders espouse true democratic ideals, human rights and freedoms. My pride are premised on the above on the simple reason that they give me sufficient hope and strength to lift rural communities from povert and injustices.
