We conducted this exercise with about 20 community members, NGO staff and government officers in a meeting in Entebbe, Uganda on 22nd April 2015. Thank you Francien for responding to Peeyush
Welcome! I really like your dream, it is beautiful. I feel that I, as a young person, have so much to learn from older people. In one of my favorite movies ("What about me") a person says: "When you become old, you do not need to acquire more knowledge... you become wisdom. And you stop striving." This inspires me...
I was wondering why this dream is important for you?

To come back to your question on Blended Learning. The blended learning programme on facilitation of the AIDS Competence process is still under construction. Phil Forth and Farellia Venance are, together with the Norwegian Centre for Telemedicines, finalising the content for the last modules. The programme takes you through the steps of the Aids Competence Process, step by step through a mix of online learning, long distance exchange with a facilitator, face to face events facilitated by international coaches and a serious amount of real practice by the team (hence the 'blended'). Groups in Belgium and Barcelona are walking through the first modules and in a few months time these modules will be updated based on the experience of running the programme. Then, blended learning will be a concrete offer from the Constellation to teams that want to learn about the facilitation and apply the approach in their own context.
So, to be continued!
