About Me:

I have experience leading and implementing a wide range of strategic, programmatic and quality assurance processes to support leadership and staff in international development and humanitarian aid programs since 2002. To date, my expertise has covered on-going learning and improvement in 30 countries across 11 sectors, including agricultural and sustainable livelihoods. I develop simple processes to collect and summarize information in a concise way for timely decision-making and action that empower children, communities and staff in organizations. I am passionate about partnering with organizations to enable change makers in communities with the self-determination to effect change using data that effectively communicates their reality to their peers, other community members, duty bearers and policy makers. I have through my experience gathered a suite of participatory tools and techniques that allow even those with low literacy and those who are often most marginalized be able to analyze their context and make sense of information to take action. I am skilled in tackling the wicked problems of organization and systems change to ensure monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning processes meet the evidence needs of all key stakeholders.
