Dr Nirmalya Mukherjee, Director of MANT, since 2003, completed his Master of Social Work in 1999, Master of Public Health from Mahidol University, Thailand, in 2010, and PhD in 2019. He attended several courses conducted by universities like Johns Hopkins University and University of Pennsylvania, USA. He has more than 23 years of experience and as a technical head of MANT, he has been leading the Public Health Programmes and Community Media Initiative, encompassing Community Radio and Video in the tribal languages, for the last 7 years and acting as head of the Centre for Public Health Research of MANT.
