I am Tanzanian, working with the Ministry of Health in various capacities including teaching at the School of Hygiene at the University College of Health and Allied Health Sciences. Since I came accross Competence approach I have realised that the approach can be applied to every segment of live.
My dream:
The ability to fight AIDS is within individuals strengths and when shared will lead to finding sustainable solution in addressin HIV/AIDS. My dream is to seeing indiviuals taking charge of drawing a road map on finding solutions on HIV/AIDS.
I'm proud of:
Human beings, since they have the ability to solving their own problems. We learn that from history therefore the war against HIV/AIDS will be soon worn.
