counselor in private practice in Tucson, AZ, USA. a past-president of Counselors for Social Justice and the Association for Specialists in Group Work. My counseling practice focuses on individuals and groups who have experienced trauma/abuse and oppression. My interests are in advocacy and creating a more peaceful world. I am an avid bicyclist!
My dream:
My dream is to create a community of persons committed to peace and respect, where we have alleviated discrimination and oppression, and where we include individuals and groups who have been excluded from the decision-making process as we work together.
I'm proud of:
my children who are doing their part to create a more peaceful world; a new group of counselors and psychologists who are taking the next step forward to create a more peaceful world (We are in the early stages of creating a coalition); my newly-discovered bicycling skills; the "next generation" of advocates for social justice; being a part of Counselors for Social Justice.
