Transfer is normal. People share, when they are proud about something.
The concept of transfer as a means to going to scale has been demonstrated clearly using PAR methodologies in the last 20 years in multiple parts of the world on the themes of HIV (Kithithuni, Kenya, Aizawl, India, Congo), Trauma Counseling (India, Sri Lanka).
It would be wise for organisations to acknowledge and cultivate this inherent human capacity to cultivate movements for change.
