Dear Aliya,

My dear there is no real formula for me to apply SALT process. What I do is I thanks all the participants for giving me their precious time and start with rapport building as we did game in Lalitpur to make favourable environment. After that I deal with the aim ,goal and  strength of the team with lot of fun . Then discuss about who are we? Then slowly I lead the group into dream building which we have not really start. What are we doing now?In this they will explain their activities concerning about HIV/AIDS and other related issues. In this step I inform  them about HIV/AIDS and the workplace. For me this is very important step which empower them and enable to make decision for  their future . Then they will discuss about their action plan in the group .  At last we  review all the activities we have done on that day.

You will enjoy it while doing this process and feel you are also part of the community . Good luck and best of luck . I am always there as a team memer

Dear Rituu,

I have been involving in training in nepal and abroad since 1995 on RH/FP and HIV/AIDS . I used BCC approach as well as GATHER approach during the training . Most of my technique is participatory approaches but not good as CLC process which I found really excellent procedure to make the team more active and responsible.Even during our meeting I told you that I have already implement this process to make the training more interactive and interesting .

Really Rituu, I am learning so many things from you all so that I can be good facilitator  as you in the future.

Thanks to CLC.

Dear  Rituu,

It is really wonderful to implement CLC process specially with illiterate and neo literate women and men on HIV/AIDS program. Since it is the procedure which help to mobilize and motivate the community to take active participation. It also helped me to empower them by their own effort as well as to think better life in the future. I am not only using SALT but using CLC as a process  among the participants
