The participants did have discussions during the market place on various interests. We also conducted small group discussions where participants have a more focus area to share on.

This is a great idea. I love it! How energising it must be to put up your dreams and action plans for the participants! Did the visitors to the stalls also ask questions on these? Or did you have a session where participants shared this with each other? Did you use river diagram? I have never done this, wanted to do it but could not due to paucity of days. Thanks Sirinate!

Yes, they are the dreams, the self-assessment and the action plans. These women's group is so strong, Rituu. You will love them.
