This photo reminds me of a dream which a group of Sex workers from  Nari Saksham saw here in India. They lived in an area which was prone to annual floods and they had temporary huts which would get washed away. They would ask for help from the NGO which worked with them but it said that it worked on health issues and it was not its mandate. However once they compiled their dream for permanent house sites, they realised they could achieve their dream themselves. They met the local officials and finally were able to procure sites to build permanent houses.
