After that we assessed their competencies realized by them and at what level they are now and what other competencies are required to fulfill that gap? and how do you accomplish?

We asked 'As a Thakuri Youth Family, what is your desire to see your organization in coming 5 years and how do you achieve your dream?' Also 'what competencies you require to reach your dream?'
