Thanks for sharing Fabien. I love it that you sit under the tree together, even though it is getting cold in Belgium.

Yesterday I taught a yoga class on 'The journey home'. How we all desire to find our true home, where we feel safe, supported, accepted. Where there is no regret, no hoping, no fear, no longing. That true home is inside each on of us, in the present moment. I think this is a challenge that we all share with the residence of Beho :-)

on the picture ; it is a group of facilitators and some residents
SALT visit to Beho Red Cross Center for assylum seekers on Saturday 15th October 2011 was so rich and constructive ; considering the expectations; as former residents of the center(actually members of Belcompetence) it was a pleasure to go back home
•see again that house which shelterd us for at least 12 months
•meet people on place
• share experiences ;before and after center life
it was wonderful to see how people on place welcomed us warmfully ,together we shared meal and drinks then went to seat under the tree for discussion.
For us ; the point was ; finding local responses to our own issues; interesting!
How SALT vision can help us while waiting the procedure for asssylum seekers: the sharing was really rich and promising; the residents contributed much as at first they find themselves answering the questions that they asked us: That was really finding solutions to our own issues; then plan to act...

Seems like a wonderful group Fabien! Are they all facilitators or are they residence of Beho?

I'd love to hear more about the conversation you had. I remember my visit to Beho and I find there is such human richness there, such dept in reflections...
