Summary of the complete project for this village forgotten by 800 persons living on the (fishing) while there are not fishes anymore!!!!

Inoculate and treat all the diseases, the parasites.

Establish a file of care for every person and list the population as well as the capacity of each

Put as a matter of urgency a solar panel on the school, the only point of power supply

Build the health center: see Earthship Biotecture on the Internet, with old tires, bottles; 30 volunteers for ten days and it is finished.

Form four first-aid workers, one always on the spot

Look after all the sick animals and contaminants, inoculate these animals

Create gardens bios with the Jean Pain's Belgian method, very simple

Put fishes in  the empty ponds with alevins

Supply school kits to every child

Handed to level of the primary school teacher in his(her) request

Give vitamins and proteins to each, the time to have vegetables;

Teach the rules of hygiene thanks to kits for teeth,

Equip the health center and begin the school fees with the doctor of district and the midwife.

Form the farmer to produce some not contaminated cheese

Reconstruct the well,  settle filters and program of quality control of the water.

Plant flowers and trees decorated with flowers for the tourists (as a matter of urgency because are needed three years)

Build a " bio - digester " and a lagunage of cleaning plants (see internet)

At present, toilet are cross-posted in the sea or the lake, with all their worms and live as a parasite(cause interference)

To create the center of small business sector(crafts), the municipality donates in the asbl of Nazoumé for the compartment of 500 m2

Welcome(Reception) of voluntary craftsmen(architects) of the whole world

Construction of the kitchen  of the restaurant thanks to the big bosses of the whole world

School fees of the staff for the rules of hygiene

Training(Formation) of the staff

Promotion of Nazoumé to the tour operators of " THE ROAD OF FISHING "...
