Youth focus actions that can be asked of governments with regard to health and green economy!

Dear All,

I am here with some questions with regard to a contribution that I am to make within the next two days for a paper, details given below:

Planning on contributing to a document on Green Economy wherein I wish to ask the governments to do something with respect to youth, health and green economy. Any suggestions? I know there is a link and I have obviously made an ask for universal access but other than that what else could I put in? We people decided on including 5 bullet action points to each sub section in the green economy paper. These points should reflect actions and not the problem, though if you think a problem can give me a hint of what we can ask as an act then please feel free to let me know.

This is with regard to Rio+20 mobilization of youth and young children.
