Starting TB Competence process in Spain
Dear friends, I hope that you are all doing very well!
First of all, thank you to Bobby for regularly sending us such interesting food for thought that we can reflect on and incorporate in our experience.
Today I am writing to share with the group exciting developments in Spain. TB is a concern in our country and a group of enthusiastic people that includes health professionals, researchers, gov't officials, parliamentarians, non-governmental organizations, and people affected by TB, is willing to join efforts towards a better response to TB in Spain. They asked BarnaCompetence for support and we offered to start a TB Competence process with the facilitation team. The first session will be next February 22nd and we will start building our dream.
We were wondering if you could share your experience with the TB Competence process with us. Has anybody else started a similar process in her or his country? What tools are available for it? For instance, is there a specific self-assessment framework for TB?
