Share meetings: agenda and minutes

Dear friends,

Here are the draft minutes of the Share meeting of last Friday 4th of June. Does this reflect your contributions?

The team requested to meet on a monthly basis and to open a group on Ning.

The challenges and concerns that friends would like to discuss in upcoming meetings:

Josseph: template for the website: what is supposed to be there?

Mike: What are the tools that other teams use that are successful?

Rituu: we could have the next meeting on website: how we developed, how we access, edit pages

Emmanual: can we develop tools that we can all use? Have one place to share the tools we use.

Thank you Lau for bringing us all together, and thanks to all that were contributing with their experience in sharing CLCP. I need your knowledge and wisdom so that I can do the same in Spain (and beyond!)

In summary that is surely what we discussed and I have read the minutes and adopt them. Glad that some of the things we were to tackle in the next meeting have already started been put to action.
