My weather inside is simply divine. I am very grateful to the Lord for bringing Gaston & Usa into our lives with the rich knowledge and experiences that we all enjoyed so much. I wish the sessions did not end but we all have to go and pass on the SALT. Words cannot express my deep appreciation for the timely wisdom, nevertheless, thank you and may God continue to inspire you both to continue the great works.

Hi friends,

I'm so happy to meet all of you here. I wish I could be there at the learning event to get to know all of you and to experience SALT visits together.
Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Please keep on doing so, so that we learn from your experience!

Dear friends, see the last blog from Rebeka Sultana. She works for UNFPA in Indonesia and they have been working with SALT & Competence for a few years now. However, they now want to make it an integral part of their organization. It's a similar challenge as some of us face. If you have ideas, please respond to her challenge. She'll value that a lot.

Thanks,
Gaston

Usa and Nazim...Thanks for the photos....and digitally recording this process...although I am sure we have all had the best recording of all...and that is a transformation in our thinking and approaches.

Gaston...Thank you for compiling and posting the doc!
