Isaac's reflexion on listerning

Since SALT gives a great place to "Listerning", how to insure that it is not done in a noisy environnement? During opening ceremonies of Burundi Competence workshop, Dr Aline, leader of African Revival Ministries (ARM) reflected on the fact that when God tells us things, we don't listern to him and if we do, we don't understand because we listern in a noisy environnement. Isaac Muyonga, one of the participants from RDC, would like to know what we can consider as a noisy environnement in the context of HIV/Aids so that we can avoid it to allow better understanding.
