Hi Lulu,

Really nice to read your experiences for facilitating the self assessment.
Regarding the explanation of the 10 practices, maybe asking them to describe their 'Dream' of each practice (level 5) in first step can help!!!!! You can also try with the blank 'Self Assessment Framework' (show only the practices and levels) and ask them to identify themselves for each practice in each level.

Looking forward to read more.........

Miss you my dear,

Lawan

i just help PMI to do self assetment with the young peer educators.
and they are really easy to get conected with the self assestment.
and for me, it ie really raising up my capacity to facilitate the self assestment process.

things that i still need is how to explain the 10 practices differenly, coz the peer educator some times confuse on the explanation we give. coz it sound similar in each practices.

any suggestion?

Greetings from Sierra Leone to all Indonesian Coaches. I wish everyone is in touch with UNFPA Indonesia. UNFPA Indonesia was promised to facilitate competence discussions, learning and sharing opportunities.

How is Merauke team doing?

If anyone from Merauke is online, please let us know how the "Girls" we visited during our second SALT visit (my friends) doing?

My best regards

Ibrahim
