greeting from Papua

The ACP in Papua still on progress...the SALT team, both in Merauke and Jayapura, still working with community. Especially in Merauke, the KPA District of Merauke and the local government has involve the SALT Team on the process of revision of HIV local regulation. Hopefully new regulation will legally recognize the community as strategic partner on dealing with HIV.

For KPA province, the proposal for ACP implementation has done discussed. we plan to develop workplan for 2011 within this month. Otherwise, KPA province has build internal discussion to establish the ACP working group. Expected the working group will establish prior the activity conducted.

Dear Friends,

Greetings! The Indo-competence team is very inspiring with application of CLCP among various communities and on different issues.

Constellation is organizing Community Action Day on 1 December 2010 or any date around late November or early December where facilitators can encourage the community to meet, discuss their strengths and hopes do their self assessment and upload action plans and event photographs. Join the group to check out the tool kit, ask questions, share your self-assessment and action plan and connect with other communities around the world who participate in the event. i have attendance the facilitator launch meeting from six country.
its really great experience coz i have to increase my knowlegde n found a new sister's.!
the indocom had a support from adb for one year n now on we still do the preparation.,
