International Association for Community Development (IACD) published the International Standards for Community Development at the June 2018 World Community Development Conference, held in Ireland. These Standards have been welcomed internationally, translated into a dozen languages and adopted by several national professional CD associations.
We are now keen to hear about your views on the Standards and your experiences in using them, whether as a practitioner, a CD educator or trainer, a researcher, or an employer of CD practitioners. You can access the survey questionnaire here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScomAwNY8lZJxJCikGNKFVxaP6...
By responding to the survey, you will be helping IACD
to support our members to make use of the Standards to enable good practice in CD, and to start considering how the Standards might be enhanced or updated. We'd like to hear from you, whether or not you have had much or any experience of making use of the Standards up to now (you can find out more about them here:https://www.iacdglobal.org/international-standards-accreditation/st...
With best wishes,
Colin Ross, IACD Trustee for Europe
