SALT Training

In Feb - March Karachi we had a SALT training, and we loved it. After attending the Global Learning Festival in Entebbe (Oct 2017) i realized that the many SALT trainers bring their own peculiar strengths, and now I am wondering how do I learn from their experienes.  Any suggestions on how this could be done ?

I would like to share my learning processes for trainig. I either learn from being in a training, and from reading the training outlines and traiing steps of other trianers.  As an example of the former I will be happy to share how I documented STORIES as a LEARING TOOL . this is based on my learning about Story at the Entebbe Festivel.
