Query: Experiences on keeping organizations and communities safe

The Constellation is a non-profit working on building community and group ownership and action. We are planning to develop a safeguarding policy for our team. We also want to encourage a similar process in communities. A fundamental aspect of our way of working is learning from experience of others. We would like to learn from you on the following:

1. One example where you or your organization/community/group applied safeguarding 
2. One unexpected risk you encountered 
3. If you would like to share your existing policy
