Online SALT programme - slots available (English and French)

Reading and writing news and blogs on the Constellation platform are very nice and inspiring moments where we can all share experiences and knowledge about the work with communities and groups.

As we start a new year, as member of this online community, are you looking for further opportunities to exchange more around community experiences ?  Are you willing to accompany some communities or groups around you for developing Local Responses through the SALT/CLCP approach? 

The Constellation is proposing to further strengthen your facilitation skills for such accompaniment through an Online SALT Programme.

In that way, you will enhance the experience sharing with like-minded people across the world, and you will benefit more from the learning of the numerous facilitators of that online community. 

Through a course of 6 modules, you will follow the learning cycle of the Community Life Competence Process and you will get the support of your teammates; you will also discover your own strengths and those of your community. It is an experiential training where you can immediately apply what you learn in the different modules. In addition, this will give you experience to share with the others participants and the facilitator of the Triad. In that way, you will learn from your own experience and that of your peers and facilitators of the Constellation.

Alors que nous entamons une nouvelle année, en tant que membre de cette communauté en ligne, cherchez-vous d'autres occasions d'échanger davantage sur les expériences communautaires? La Constellation propose de renforcer vos compétences de facilitation pour un tel accompagnement grâce à un programme en ligne SALT.

De cette façon, vous améliorerez le partage d'expériences avec des personnes ayant des idées similaires à travers le monde, et vous bénéficierez davantage de l'apprentissage des nombreux facilitateurs de cette communauté en ligne.

Au travers d'un cours de 6 modules, vous suivrez le cycle d'apprentissage du processus de Compétence Communautaire pour la Vie et vous obtiendrez le soutien de vos coéquipiers; vous découvrirez également vos propres forces et celles de votre communauté. Il s’agit d’une formation expérientielle où vous pouvez appliquer immédiatement ce que vous apprenez dans les différents modules. De plus, cela vous donnera de l'expérience à partager avec les autres participants et le facilitateur de la Triade. De cette façon, vous apprendrez de votre propre expérience et celle de vos pairs et des facilitateurs de la Constellation.
