Dearest Constellation friends (Français ci-dessous) ,

Hello :) !

Have you ever wondered what it meant to be a Constellation member?

What does that membership entail? If I’m a facilitator, does that mean I am a member? What is my role as a member? My responsibility? What are my benefits and commitments?

There have been various attempts over the past years at answering these questions and others. However, ​as the 'living' Constellation keeps evolving and changing, ​we here at the

​Constellation’s Global Support Team (GST) feel that it is time to open up the questions (and therefore the answers!) to the broader Constellation community.

If this is something that calls to you and you feel like you want to take an active part in ​a conversation  that should lead us to a redefinition of ​what a formal or informal Constellation members is  and ​what ​benefits&commitments of Constellation members

​ are​, please join us!

We would like to form a specific ‘task force’ passionate about what we do and why we do it as Constellation members, and eager to clarify the “dots” that somehow connect the individual “star members” of our organisation.

If you wish to take part in this task force, please comment below or reach out to Celicia on [e-mail] or to Marlou through [e-mail] .

We are hoping to have the task force on their feet to begin the active reflection by Monday June 20th - so shout out to us ASAP :) !

Bonjour :) !

Vous êtes-vous déjà demandé ce que cela signifiait d'être un membre Constellation?

Qu'est-ce que cela implique? Si je suis un facilitateur, suis-je automatiquement un membre? Quel est mon rôle en tant que membre? Ma responsabilité? Quels sont mes avantages et mes engagements?

Il y a eu plusieurs tentatives au cours des dernières années pour trouver des réponses à ces questions et d'autres. Cependant, comme la Constellation est "vivante" et qu'elle ne cesse d'évoluer et de changer, nous ici au sein de l'Équipe Mondiale de Soutien (GST selon son sigle anglais) estimons qu'il est temps d'ouvrir ces questions (et donc leurs réponses!) à la communauté plus large de Constellation.

Si c’est là quelque chose qui vous appelle et que vous souhaitez vous engager activement dans une conversation qui devrait nous conduire à une redéfinition de ce que sont les membres formels ou informels de la Constellation, et quels sont leurs avantages et engagements, l’invitation à nous rejoindre est ouverte :) !

Nous aimerions former un «groupe de travail» spécifique passionné par ce que nous faisons et pourquoi nous le faisons en tant que membres de Constellation, et désireux de clarifier ces "petits points" qui relient en quelque sorte les “membres-étoiles” individuels de notre organisation.

Si vous souhaitez prendre part à ce groupe de travail, signalez-le tout simplement en commentaire ci-dessous, ou faites signe à Celicia sur [e-mail] ou à Marlou via [e-mail].

Nous espérons avoir le groupe de travail sur pieds pour le lundi 20 Juin - donc faites-nous signe dès que possible :) !

Dear Constellation Friends,

We now have a working document up that describes what a Constellation member is and what his/her benefits and commitments are!  Please see draft attached. 

We would love to double check with YOU: 

- Does the working definition of 'Constellation member' resonate with you?

- Are the benefits and commitments in line with what you would expect as (potential) Constellation member?

- Is the process for becoming a member (Say 'I am In' to the preamble) do-able enough?

Your ideas are welcome in this platform.
