Objectives :-
To increase participation and involvement of women in decision-making processes and advocacy activities for their HIV and SRH rights. To decrease in discriminatory practices and attitudes towards women living with HIV/AIDS, to reduce the spread of HIV infection and to mitigate its impact among our target women population and to improve the reproductive & sexual health.
Major Issues and Problems
Women are more vulnerable to the STI’s, HIV infections biologically, socially and economically, the exploitation, trafficking and Commercial Sex and health problems. Distance and lack of transport is resulting in lack of timely health service for pregnant women, Due to weak legislation and laws child marriages are still prevalent, due to fear of losing property consanguineous marriages among close relatives are still prevalent resulting in poor RCH, Address gender inequalities and the poverty and discrimination women face throughout the world, Policies and programmes need to expand income-earning opportunities for women, Promotion of institutional deliveries is also important, Combat ignorance, Develop female-controlled prevention methods, Reinforce women’s economic independence, vulnerability through policy change, Ensure access to maternal health services, Articulate their health needs and concerns, Participate more fully in social an economic development.

Women’s health is being paid more attention in the context of illness & death during pregnancy, child birth and to save extent issues related to contraceptive use, Women are now feeling comfortable to discuss sexuality issues with their children and also anxious about providing two much information to make healthy and responsible decisions as they grow and develop through adolescence.
Lessons Learnt
Women require care & protection during pregnancy as well as during & after child birth to ensure maternal health, rising sexually transmitted infections including HIV/ AIDS, Lack of affordable accessible, available sexual and reproductive health, Illiteracy is also becoming a hurdle.
Recommendations
Awareness programmes about RCH among the youth and adolescents have to be conducted, Build safer norms, Involving the community in social change, Empowerment of Women through Education and Employment, Empowering women, Ensuring choices, limited information, ideas and options, Unequal power relations that constrain women’s decision-making ability, physical mobility and access to material resources, Poor quality of interaction with health care providers, Access services with confidence and without delay, act to reduce gender bias in families, communities and markets.
