Dear friends,

I wish to share with you my recent paper, titled; Development NGO's. In the Future, we start with ourselves.

Thank you to all of those who participated in interviews for this research (you know who you are!). I was deeply inspired by your collective experience and commitment to the work we do. It was a pleasure to use the Constellation as an example of an organisation that practices what they preach.

Your feedback is very welcome, and I hope this paper will generate some discussion in this forum.
