For the first Let's reconnect meeting of 2019, I want to stimulate a conversation around the individual engagement of SALT practitionners to use SALT for their own life, own personal development. 

Many new facilitators, who attended a training, are looking for opportunities to apply SALT and be able to facilitate local responses around them. 

But we also, often talk about the change of mindset that SALT provoc and the impact that it can have on the facilitator. What if the first step of the facilitation of local responses was to start  to respond to our inner challenges by using SALT? 

How SALT as enable us, SALT practitionners, to change, grow and learn about ourself? What are the experiences of the network around the implementation of SALT for individual development? How did we deeper our understaning of this approach through the implementation of it to our own life, issues, challenges?

Is using SALT for ourself helping us to strengthen our facilitation skills? 

These are all the questions I would love to explore with you!
