 What can I expect?

The Constellations Blended Learning Course consists of 7 online modules that take students step by step through the Community Life Competence Process. You will learn to understand SALT in all spheres of life and apply it in your own context.

We call the course ‘blended’ as it blends individual studying, real practice and reflection with peers.

The course is available inEnglish, French and Spanish!

It is practical and inclusive and there will be participatory interaction with a community you choose to work with.

 The course offers an opportunity to:

-       Have a different/deeper outlook of communities strengths and capacities to act by themselves

-       Share your local challenges with others and get advice on to how to transfer to different communities and issues.

-       Deepen your learning and improve your performance and skills as a facilitator.

-       Have a firsthand experience of applying the approach in your own context

Learning Teams

Peer learning and reflection is an essential element of the learning process. You will follow the course with a small group of students (3-5) who may be in your own geographical area, or in a different country. An experienced Constellation Coach will accompany the learning teams during Skype conversations in your own preferred language (French, English, Spanish).

What is expected from me?

At an opportunity cost of one hour per week over three months you can develop competence in coaching communities to make the best use of their strengths, taking ownership and responsibility to achieve the dream or vision.

Participation course fee is 450 Euro for individual participants or 1500 Euro for teams from one organisation.

Learning Teams should have access to a computer with internet access and a Skype account for conversations.

 The first round of learning teams, in English, French and Spanish will start on January 20, 2015 for three months.
