About Me:
I'm a organizational and social psychologist, working with individuals, teams and organizations through coaching, training and change facilitation. I have a wealth of experience. Recently I've become more interested in community building through Appreciative Inquiry and other hosting methods.
My dream:
To work more often as a change facilitator, working with concepts and tools from Deep Democracy, Theory U, Appreciate Inquiry and SALT to assist (self-directed) teams and communities.
My concern:
The current global destabilization. Peace & reconciliation. Non-Violent Communication.
The implications of climate change for people worldwide.
Indigenous Issues. Refugee crisis.
I'm proud of:
My wealth of experience, my engagement, my ability to work with diverse groups and individuals, the value that I add to people's life's by helping them to acknowledge their strengts, and connect with what truly matters to them.

Team facilitation in an unfolding group process

Do you remember a situation when the group is going in another direction than what you and your colleague - facilitator anticipated? We can make an outline for the meeting, but the group might need to expand upon a certain issue, or suddenly a new topic comes up that seems very important.
