Having the privilege to visit the Sweeper (Horijon) and River Gypsies (Bede) communities in Tanbazar, Narayanganj, and Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, I noticed one common factor among both communities. Raufun Nabi, with over three years in communications, serves as the Jr. Executive, Communications of Alokito Shishu. He is also the Executive of Partnership Development at Trash Box Ltd. Simultaneously, he is serving as Youth Engagement Officer for the Volunteer Opportunities, leading youth engagement initiatives in every last-mile area in 64 districts.

Facilitating harmony, he orchestrated five impactful events involving youth and key stakeholders. Having organized five impactful events, he champions youth involvement and envisions cultivating a research-focused young generation in Bangladesh.
