- Hello! My name is Farellia, I'm 31. I'm Malagasy and normally based in Antananarivo; but this year I'm on study leave to learn more about non-profit making organisations at Université Libre de Bruxelles. It's also the occasion to work more for the Constellation: on a blended learning programme, on documents (like Charter, Contract, Agreement...). I am an enthusiast, talkative and empathic person ; )
- My dream:
- I want to "spread myself" in all aspects of life and to take part in initiatives which help me and other people to do the same.
- My concern:
- Keeping a positive mindset whatever happens but staying objective at the same time
- I'm proud of:
- The Constellation ; ) and sister organizations like DRCCompétence, BelCompetence, GLIA...
- What I think of Community Life Competence:
- It helps people trusting their strenghts and using their competences
- What do I want to do to spread Community Life Competence?
- Facilitate AIDS Competence in my community, I want to apply SALT in my own life (S: Stimulate; Support; A: Appreciate; L: Listen; Learn; Link; T: Transfer; Team)

The Constellation has a team working on preparing the Annual Report for 2011, and I'm trying to gather information on partnerships. I understand that you've been part of the facilitation team for the work EAA, in Accra. (the rest of your team is "missing in action"...so you're it! :)
Over the next few days, I'll be reading all the partnership reports, and using those to write a short partnership summary. By next week, I'll send you that summary for your comments and edits.
I may also, in the next few days, send you a short questionnaire with some questions for your reflection about the partnership. Is there an email address you'd prefer me to send it to?
In the meantime:
- Is there anything particularly significant from that partnership you think we need to highlight through the Annual report?
- Are there any links already on ning to blog-posts, photos or videos from that partnership?
- If nothing exists yet on ning, do you have any high-resolution, good-quality photo(s) or a story from the field that you'd like to showcase?

Oui, tout va bien.
Je suis à Dakar depuis presqu'un mois et pour au moins une année. Je me sens toujours totalement connectée à la Constellation mais avec le nouveau job, l'installation dans une ville que je connaissais à peine, je suis un peu silencieuse car fort occupée...
Je souhaite le meilleur à l'équipe de RDC pour le projet qui vient de démarrer. Je pense bien à vous.

Hope you are not freezing in this part of the world. We enjoyed more pleasant weather lately in Togo and the Gambia with Phil ! ... but above all this was a wonderful journey : the malaria competence process really is a great success. We are now working on texts and videos now, but it takes some time (texts to be checked by Blaise and Adama, translations, etc.)
A chance to see you some day in Paris ?
