*I ponder on the the question -who am I?
*I love SALT but practice is difficult.
*Want to explore the connection between SALT & spirituality.
My professional interests are facilitating community conversations, participatory action research, participatory evaluation, gender and equity issues; complexity and systems thinking; Public health and child and bonded labour and child are two issues I have primarily worked.
My dream:
-To live without fear
Action without attachment
Non-judgemental
Unwavering in success or failure, joy or sorrow
-Have no expectations from anyone as they are cause of misery
-to be selfless in whatever I do. If I help I do not expect anything in return, if I care I have no selfish motive. Otherwise its business.
-to connect as a human being with others
-to be appreciative
-to be a deep and compassionate listener
I'm proud of:
I have tried to follow my inner voice. When I facilitate SALT, feel that this is what I was meant to do.

I hope you are well? Yes, Im now in Australia which is a bit of a change but a good move so far.
The Asia South Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE) is a regional association of more than 200 organisations and individuals. It works towards promoting quality education for all. I work with and support national education coalitions, including in Timor Leste, PNG, Vanuatu and Solomon Islands. At the moment that involves capacity support in terms of finance, reporting and proposals, as well as training and report writing for several education surveys in the region. Im enjoying the work, with so many dedicated people in different countries!
Thank u very much Ritu. I am feeling very proud to become a member of this group and ensure u that i will share my learning’s & experiences with the members of the group which i have received during my professional career and i will learn also from other member of the group.

Thank you for the lovely comment. The strenght is in the numbers and there is quite a lot of us with the dream of change, hope, love and acceptance. Sometimes it takes time sometimes drastic measures for us to undertand that we are destined and capable of really great things in life. Dont be affraid your dreams. I tried many things in life and some of them didnt work out but also made me realise what I really want to do. Believe in yourself and others, good hearts are everywhere..... Hugs, A
Thank you Rituu, energy to you too. Am working on some videos using the approach to use in my work, will share with you and all once they are completed.
My topic is based on the use of the Japanese Satoyama-Satoumi principle for the sustainability of Indigenous Communities. I learnt about this forum through Mr. Autry Haynes.
Thank you Rituu for your wishes. It's a sunny day here in Brussels....what we appreciate a lot in Belgium. As sunny as the day I was born, like my mother use to say.
Thank you very much for your warm welcome. I look forward to familiarising myself with the site, but more importantly to share in the powerful, empowering community conversations.
I am often trying to read up and get involved in initiatives that seek the empowerment of grassroots communities. I am originally from Zimbabwe, where I was involved a lot in community outreach and information sharing. I moved to Canada in 2009 on a masters scholarship and have since moved to Windsor, the city with Canada's highest unemployment rate and facing a lot of constraints as far as poverty, food insecurity, substance abuse (and a host of other problems) is concerned. The myth that developing countries are the only ones that face these issues is of concern, as the hopelessness sometimes faced here by youth, newcomers to Canada, HIV positive people etc is profound. So there is the constant struggle of how to empower these individuals/ communities so that they take control of the initiatives meant to support them.
ok Nanda I Will try to write in english.I have a chance to meet Mr Jean Louis here in Gafsa and it was the first time I hear about the constellation ,and the first thing that attracted me is the manner what you use to solve problems.with SALT the constellation has proven that success comes from ourselves and not from outside.
