Not much money will be involved as the peoples desire to change is borne out of the example of their kin and the contact between the facilitator and the group. Well Rituu, i recently had some personal issues with my roomate and our troubles have been prolonged for some time now primarily because of miscommunication. So i swallowed my pride somewhat and tried to resolve the issue by having a normal conversation but that didn't work so i seeked outside facilitation my landlord and with her stimulating the transfering process i sat and listened to everything my roomate had to say and appreciated the effort and likewise shared my views and then we did a little list of do's and don't....In the end a lot of our troubles could have been resolved if there was proper commication.....Everything is now resolved and we're living in unison : )
