La Concertation Provinciale des Facilitateurs RDCCompétence au Kasaï Central (RDCC/K.C.) est née en 2010 avec le projet Appui aux Initiatives Communautaires (AIC). Aujourd’hui, RDCC/K.C. a évolué grâce aux cotisations des membres. Nos cotisations nous ont permis d’officialiser le Statut Provincial de la concertation en 2012. Au projet de Gestion Communautaire de la Survie de l’Enfant (GCSE) et à celui des Confessions Religieuses (CR) qui ont travaillé ensemble pour faciliter les Pratiques Familiales Essentielles, le RDCC/K.C. a fourni 9 Point Focaux. Ces derniers ont rétrocédé 5% de leur prime, ce qui a renfloué notre caisse provinciale. Cela nous a permis de réaliser certaines activités, notamment :

• Une séance de remise à niveau de 17 membres sur l’approche SALT pour la promotion des Pratiques Familiales Essentielles en 2014. L’administratrice de la Communication de l’UNICEF/MBM, le Chef de la Division Provinciale des Média et de la Communication, la personne chargée de la communication sur la Santé pour la Division Provinciale étaient invités à cette séance et ils y ont pris part ;

• Quatre missions de Suivi et d’Accompagnement dans le cadre de la pérennisation des activités après le projet GCSE et CR, en 2014;

Visite d’accompagnement dans la Zone de Santé de Kalenda         

Visite d’accompagnement dans le district de Mwene Ditu

• Et le 2 septembre 2015, toujours grâce à nos cotisations, nous avons obtenu un local : le Bureau de RDCC/K.C.

En ce qui concerne nos activités, nous sommes connectés à l’UNICEF/MBM et au Gouvernement par le biais d’une plate-forme Task Force Communication. Nous bénéficions de certaines missions dans les Zones de Santé pour la facilitation de l’élaboration des plans d’action au niveau des Aires de santé et des villages dans les Cellules d’ Animation Communautaire. Avec la Division Provinciale de la Santé, nous avons affecté les facilitateurs dans 4 Zones de Santé de la province pour une amélioration des données et, dans l’avenir, ces derniers feront partie du Comité de Mobilisation Sociale.

Par rapport aux perspectives d’avenir, nous envisageons de solliciter un partenariat avec le Programme national multisectoriel de lutte contre le sida (PNMLS) et d’autres partenaires que nous identifierons au moment opportun.

The provincial team of RDCC in Central Kasai was born in 2010 with the project Support to Community Initiatives (Appui aux Initiatives Communautaires, AIC). Since then, the team evolved thanks to the contribution of its members. Our contributions have enabled us to formalize the provincial status of our team in 2012. Nine members of our team where focal point for the Community Management of Child Survival (GCSE) Project and that of Religious Confessions (CR) who worked together to facilitate the Essential Family Practices. They have surrendered 5% of their bonus, which reflated our provincial fund. This allowed us to perform certain activities, including:

A refresher session for 17 members on SALT approach and the promotion of the Essential Family Practices, in 2014. The Director of Communication of UNICEF/MBM, the Head of the Provincial Division of Media and Communication, the person responsible for Communication on Health for the Provincial Division were invited to this meeting and they took part in it;

Four Monitoring and Support missions in the context of the sustainability of activities after the GCSE and CR project in 2014;

And the 2^nd September 2015, again thanks to our contributions, we obtained a workplace: the Office of RDCC/KC. 

Regarding our activities, we are connected to the UNICEF / MBM and the Government through a Communication Task Force platform. We take part in some missions in the health zones to facilitate the development of action plans in health areas and villages with the Cellules d’ Animation Communautaire. With the Provincial Division of Health, we allocated facilitators in 4 health zones in the province to improve data and, in the future, they will be part of the Social Mobilization Committee.

 

In relation to future prospects, we plan to seek a partnership with the National Multisector Programme against AIDS (PNMLS) and other partners that we will identify at the appropriate time.
