Que de réflexions, que d’expériences des uns et des autres, que de forces… Quel bonheur d’être à Chiang Mai, pouvoir partager avec les autres facilitateurs/coaches du monde entier. C’est powerfull !
What thoughts, what experiences of others, what forces ... What a joy to be in Chiang Mai, to share with others facilitators / coaches from around the world. This is powerful!
Chaque minutes, chaque jours, je me réfléchis à « comment ramener les leçons et expériences apprises et partagées ici, en Belgique… ». La question principale dans mon esprit en vivant une aventure comme celle-ci est « Comment transférer tout ceci dans mon propre contexte, avec les faciliateurs de BelCompetence, comment transmettre ce que nous pensons, ressentons et vivons ? ».
Every minute, every day I think about "how to bring the lessons learned and experiences shared here, in Belgium .... The main question in my mind living in an adventure like this is "How to transfer all this in my own context, with faciliation team of BelCompetence, how to convey what we think, feel and live?
Un meeting comme celui-ci renforce le sentiment d’appartenir à un mouvement énorme nous entraînant dans une spirale du changement de manière de penser et de faire ; d’appartenir à une grande famille partageant une même vision, une même philosophie, un même rêve. Ce meeting renforce aussi les forces de nos propres communautés, comme BelCompetence et notre propre vision de la Réponse Locale et de l’ACP. Il permet aussi de (re) connaître et voir que BelCompetence a de la valeur et a des expériences à partager, que nous avons un rôle dans le Constellation, dans le Monde, en Europe, en Belgique,…
A meeting like this reinforces the sense of belonging to a huge movement would lead us into a spiral of change in a manner of thinking and doing, to belong to a large family sharing the same vision, the same philosophy, same dream . This meeting also reinforces the strengths of our own communities, as BelCompetence and our own vision of the local response and the ACP. It can also (re) know and see that BelCompetence has value and experience to share, we have a role in the Constellation, in the World, Europe, Belgium, ...
L’appréciation mutuelle est tellement importante. Partager en face à face nos expériences, nos sentiments permet l’apogée des forces et les effervescences de réflexions et développement individuelles et communautaires. La technologie ne pourra jamais remplacer la chaleur humaine.
The mutual appreciation is so important. Share face to face our experiences, our feelings allows the height of forces and the "eruption" of ideas and individual and community development. Technology can never replace human warmth.
