My personal dream is to make a difference to myself and people I care about by contributing constructively to the communities I belong to.
My contributions usually aim at inspiring people to Work Smarter. Working smarter comes in three packages:
1) Working Smarter by reflecting on your results and look at how your actions influence your results and how the language you use limits your potential for improvement.
2) Working Smarter by collaborating on finding useful sets of solutions to the challenges of the times

I want to share a small introduction to the art of asking questions inspired by Appreciation.

I think all appreciative questions always refer back to the purpose of what we are doing. So in the words used in the introduction, I believe you should always start with a generative question and ask for real human experiences.
