Be fit for more than the thing you are now doing. Let everyone know that you have a reserve in yourself; that you have more power than you are now using. If you are not too large for the place you occupy, you are too small for it. - James A. Garfield, 1831-1881

Hi Olivia, I will be going with the team to Marrakesh in Dec and thanks to you introducing me to the SALT concept, I'm looking forward to pitching my input and discussions the "the SALT" way and see how it will pan out.

It will mostly be healthcare professionals with a few patient representatives and patient support groups.

Is there a group already in existence in Morrocco?

I fly out to Botswana 5th Oct but will be able to access emails.

The coffee is long overdue!! there is so much to catch up on.

Hi Olivia, nice to be in the global sharing here.

    Dear Olivia,

Nice to meet you on the global of CLCP network. I would like to share you some nice photos from the second week of community visioning in Trampaer village, Pursat province. I observed the community facilitators were performed in more confidence than in the class in Siem Reap. WorldFish did one game to understand the emotions of community facilitators since they joint the class in Siem Reap until the week they started implementing CLCP/CV. All of them had up and down emotions because of fear, didn't catch up lessons, cool to seat in the AC room, met with different people, less confident to do at community, however they feel better day by day during the practice in their community and the appreciation from the WorldFish, local NGO, local authorities and their communities. ANKO Director, Mrs. Samnan, one of local AAS NGO partners, has prepared to brief meeting to the 4 community facilitators (2 villages-Baku and Trampaer), local authorities and her staff before the 2nd CV week. Then she has encouraged her 2 CF from Baku to work and learn from the process in Trampaer and will shifting again next week in Baku (23-27 Sept 2013). It makes CFs learn more from their practices. SALT visit in Trampaer village to identify the strengths.
