I'm married to Lisa, and we have a 7-year old son, Zachary.
Life is a highway, a rollercoaster, a mystery...I believe the Truth is closer than we think, and that Grace keeps us on the path to finding it.
My dream:
Nothing short of out-of-the-box, revolutionary thinking is going to turn the tide. My dream is that people would act with abandon and altruism tto effect change in the world, to show leadership that is visionary, risky, people-focussed. I dream that we might be those people.
I'm proud of:
My family - their care for each other, their tenacity, their perseverance in struggle. I'm proud of the friends in so many countries who, despite their age, have offered themselves in service to a cause close to home, and have gained respect for their integrity and experience, and accepted the burden and privelege of leadership.
We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to communicate with friends, colleagues and like minded people in all parts of the world.

I started a discussion about "Introductions to connect on human level", gathering experiences of facilitators about the facilitation of this session at the beginning of a learning event.
I'm sure you have loads of experience with this! Could you share it?
Hi Ricardo,
Thank you very much for adding me on this very big and warm family which i would take this great opportunity to communicate with colleagues (members) in all over the world. This connection with others (share and learn) will bring me more experiences...
Hi Ricardo, do you still have some comments on my forum topic on the 2-pager? I am using it soon for some partners and your input would be valuable I think.
Hi,
I like the cry on Through the looking glass: another side to the story.
Its too my concern for the continent we live in, i still hope there is another side of it, we could change it together.
The perception, it sucks and makes me sick,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Sawubona from Durban. Thank you for your warm welcome neighbour. I am very excited to be learning about AIDS competence and see what we can do in South Africa around HIV/AIDS, health, and children and other human rights.
Beautiful pictures from the Hivos meeting! It feels like I was there with you, just by watching the pictures :-) What camera do you have? It seems like a really good one... together with your talent and the result is amazing!
Hi Ricardo, my compliments for the excellent 'SHARE' work during the workshop, both in terms of video and photo. I was telling Laurence that I found it hard in Guyana to capture properly video's and pictures while facilitating the event (with 1 other coach). You proof that it's possible!
