Funny, you must think I am a cook :) Don't know what image people are spreading of me around the world :)... anyways, for this year I am safed from the kitchen as I have the privilige to be based at the secretariat in chiang mai for a year. On a real desk even. So if you visualise me in the kitchen - see me eating some lovely kauniau mamuang now, one of my favorite Thai dishes - next year back on my kitchen table in France :) (and that is where the picture in my profile is actually taken). Selamat tidor for now! Marlou
Hi Rebeka,
Thanks for your reminder and yes you will hear from us this week on suggestions of how to use the Ning Platform most effectively to get input to messages such as yours from as many experienced people as posisble. Actually Laurence, Lawan and myself planned a meeting on this right after lunch. First step is to have the platform ready to invite in so many more people with same concerns (and others) and good advices. Yours is a real concrete challenge and I think the platform can provide the real concrete answer to it - just bear with us a little bit more :) But THANKS,
Hello Rebeka,
no, that red hat is ifugao's, a tribe near baguio city, the phillipines. They have many beautiful bright colored crafts. The hat helps my look :)
See you more in Ning. Have a good day.
I am amazed by your blog posts. loved to have you here too. How are you? A big hug to you too! I am not sure if i can contribute so meaningfully to this blog! but i guess slowly once I learn how to manage my time and share my experiences. I will start contributing more.
Looking forward to meeting you soon and reading your posts regularly till then.
Hi Rebeka! How are you? I hope you enjoyed Papua and the learning event? I got the briefing from Sirinate yesterday. Such great progress, good participation and much potential. Thanks for the continuing support and I am sure ICAAP is going to be great again.
How is your family doing? Are they still enjoying Jakarta and your beautiful neighbourhood? I liked that evening stroll! I hope to come back to great Indonesia some time, perhaps even for holiday.
Take care.
Gaston
p.s. What book are you reading now? I am reading eat, love, pray! haha after I saw you reading it. So what should be my next book?
