আশির্বাদ অর্গানাইজেশনের এক্সপোজার ভিজিটে আমাদের পাএ কমিউনিটি এমন অনেক শিক্ষনীয় ও মর্মস্পর্শী অভিজ্ঞতা উপহার পেয়েছে, যা কল্পনারও বাইরে। শান্তি দিদির নেতৃত্বে যে দলটি এসেছিলেন, তাঁরা আমাদের কাছে আসেন কোনো অতিথি হিসাবে নয়, বরং একেবারে আপনজনের মতো। আশির্বাদের শান্তি দিদি যেভাবে প্রথম দিনেই আমাদের কমিউনিটির সকলের সাথে পরিচিত হয়ে গেলেন, হাসিমুখে কথা বললেন, আমাদের বাচ্চাদের সাথে মাতৃসুলভ আচরণ করলেন, তা দেখে সকলেই মুগ্ধ হয়েছি।

আমার কাছে সবচেয়ে প্রিয় মুহূর্ত ছিল চরবীন পাড়ার সেই বয়স্ক দিদির উপস্থিতি। তাঁকে দেখে আমার মনে হলো আমাদের পাএ কমিউনিটির দিদিরাও এগিয়ে আসবে, নিজেদের পরিবর্তন করবে, এবং আমাদের কর্মকাণ্ডে যুক্ত হবে। দিদি যেভাবে চরবীন পাড়ার ছোট স্কুলটির কথা সবার সামনে তুলে ধরলেন, তা আমাদের কমিউনিটির মধ্যে আলোচনার গুরুত্ব বাড়িয়ে দিল। আমরা আগেও সেই স্কুলটার কথা বলেছিলাম, কিন্তু কেউ কেউ বিশ্বাস করেনি। দিদির মুখ থেকে শোনার পর সবাই বিশ্বাস করলো। দিদিকে এজন্য অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ।

অন্যদিকে, শান্তি দিদির কথা আলাদা করে উল্লেখ করতেই হয়। তিনি পাএ ভাষায় নাচ-গান উপভোগ করলেন, বাচ্চাদের সাথে কথা বললেন, এমনকি বললেন যে তিনি পাএ ভাষার গান ইউটিউব চ্যানেল এ দিবেন, এটা শুনে আমাদের সবার মন যেন আনন্দে ভরে গেল। যদি সত্যিই তা হয়, তাহলে আমাদের ভাষা ও সঙ্গীত নতুনভাবে সারা দুনিয়ায় ছড়িয়ে পড়বে, এবং বাচ্চারা আরও উৎসাহিত হবে।

এই এক্সপোজার ভিজিট শুধু এক দিনের বন্ধন নয়, এটি আমাদের পাএ কমিউনিটির আত্মবিশ্বাস বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে। বিশেষ করে নারী-পুরুষের বৈষম্য নিয়ে কথা বলার সময়, আশির্বাদ টিমের আচরণ ও দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি দেখে আমরা নতুন করে ভাবতে শিখেছি। সল্ট মডেলের মাধ্যমে নিজেদের পরিবর্তনের কথা, কমিউনিটির মানুষের পরিবর্তন দেখে আনন্দ পাওয়ার গল্পগুলো আমাদের পথ দেখিয়েছে।

সব মিলিয়ে, আশির্বাদ অর্গানাইজেশনের এই সফর আমাদের চোখ খুলে দিয়েছে, মন ছুঁয়েছে আর কমিউনিটিকে সামনে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার অনুপ্রেরণা জুগিয়েছে। আর তাই, এই ভিজিট আমাদের কাছে শুধুই একটি সফর নয়, বরং একটি আশীর্বাদ ঠিক সংগঠনের নামের মতোই।

Through the exposure visit by Arshirbad Organization, our Patro community has received many valuable and touching experiences that go beyond imagination. The team led by Shanti Didi didn’t come to us as mere guests but as our very own family. The way Shanti Didi, on the very first day, connected with everyone in our community, spoke with a warm smile, and treated our children with motherly affection, left us all deeply impressed.

One of the moments I cherished the most was the presence of the elderly sister from Charbin Para. Seeing her made me feel that the women of our Patro community will also step forward, bring about change within themselves, and get involved in our work. When she spoke in front of everyone about the small school in Charbin Para, it raised the importance of the issue within our community. We had mentioned that school before, but many did not believe it. Hearing it from her made everyone believe. For that, we are deeply grateful to her.

On the other hand, I must mention Shanti Didi separately. She enjoyed the songs and dances in the Patro language, spoke with the children, and even expressed her wish to upload Patro songs to Arshirbad YouTube channel, hearing this filled all our hearts with joy. If that truly happens, our language and music will spread across the world in a whole new way, and the children will feel even more encouraged.

This exposure visit was not just a one-day connection, it has strengthened the self-confidence of our Patro community. Especially when talking about gender inequality, we learned to think differently by observing the attitudes and perspectives of the Arshirbad team. Through the SALT model, they shared how personal transformation can lead to community change, and that inspired us immensely.

In short, this visit by Arshirbad Organization has opened our eyes, touched our hearts, and given our community the inspiration to move forward. That is why, to us, this visit was more than just a trip it was truly a blessing, just as the name of the organization (Arshirbad-Blessing) suggests.
