- Dawn Cooperrider Dole, MSOD, M.Ed. is Executive Director of the Taos Institute. She is also Knowledge Manager of the Appreciative Inquiry Commons website http://ai.case.edu.
Dawn consults with organizations, non-profits and schools utilizing the strength-based approach to organization development: Appreciative Inquiry. Dawn has 30 years experience designing and facilitating experiential teambuilding and leadership programs. She has held leadership positions in non-profits, healthcare and community education. Dawn has taught elementary school and worked with children of all ages.
She is the co-author of a book titled: Positive Family Dynamics: Appreciative Inquiry Questions for Bringing Out the Best in Families. Dawn also designs Appreciative Parenting programs which utilizes AI for parents. Her degrees include: MSOD from Case Western Reserve University and an M.Ed. from John Carroll University both in Cleveland, Ohio.

I am so pleased to share with all of you the news of the opening of the new David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, an AI-focused academic center that the Stiller Family Foundation established and named in Cooperrider’s honor located in the Robert P. Stiller School of Business at Champlain College, in Burlington, Vt.,

Requests: This the place where we learn together. If you want to discuss an element of the Competence process, or other issues related to local responses, please contribute to the forum. In the Request you have an option to start a discussion on a topic of your interest.
