About Me:
Dawn Cooperrider Dole, MSOD, M.Ed. is Executive Director of the Taos Institute. She is also Knowledge Manager of the Appreciative Inquiry Commons website http://ai.case.edu.

Dawn consults with organizations, non-profits and schools utilizing the strength-based approach to organization development: Appreciative Inquiry. Dawn has 30 years experience designing and facilitating experiential teambuilding and leadership programs. She has held leadership positions in non-profits, healthcare and community education. Dawn has taught elementary school and worked with children of all ages.

She is the co-author of a book titled: Positive Family Dynamics: Appreciative Inquiry Questions for Bringing Out the Best in Families. Dawn also designs Appreciative Parenting programs which utilizes AI for parents. Her degrees include: MSOD from Case Western Reserve University and an M.Ed. from John Carroll University both in Cleveland, Ohio.

Opening of the new David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry

I am so pleased to share with all of you the news of the opening of the new David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry, an AI-focused academic center that the Stiller Family Foundation established and named in Cooperrider’s honor located in the Robert P. Stiller School of Business at Champlain College, in Burlington, Vt.,
