About Me:: I am a development catalyst, I entered development field with student movement fighting for thier rights,volunteer for national lteracy program, rural developemnt field, then to Hiv field , since 1994 I have been in this field, having experience of grass root level to management level. I believe that communities or people have experience of dealing with issues so I am strong beliver in community's strength and capacity
